Unlocked Samsung Phone

You have just bought one of the various models of Samsumg Mobile phones available on the market. Once you return home and try it out with a different network, you discover it won’t work. It is possible that you still might not have unlocked your mobile phone. What are the reasons that your phone was locked in the first place? There’s a simple answer to this. Because the company that sold you your phone has a vested interest in you using just their network, they block your phone from accessing different networks.

While mobile phones often are locked this way, there is no law stopping you from taking off the locking mechanism. Performing this will let you utilize different networks or even widen your calling zone. The resale value of your phone will be increased after you do this.

Let’s start the job of unlocking your mobile home. Before you begin, here are some things you will need to know. What is the model number of your handset? Do you know what your IMEI number is? What network provider is your cell phone locked into? Does the type of phone you own need any software or hardware, such as NS Pro, NS Pro Dongle, or NSPro? If this is the case, where can you look to get the items that you will need? It’s possible you will just need a SIM card to unlock your mobile phone.

Sometimes you might need a dongle to unlock the phone. Dongle was originally a slang term for a hardware key. Currently, it refers to a tiny adapter outfitted with a short cable with links on each side. In Samsung Mobile Phones the dongle is used to unlock and is used in combination with NS Pro software.

In the event that your cell phone doesn’t need to use the NS Pro or dongle, it will require a SIM card. The SIM card is a small rectangular card that is available in all the GSM phones. This card is considered your phone’s ID card. Your phone won’t operate unless you have one. You will find it underneath your phone’s battery, with storage capacity of 250 contacts, simplifying the transfer of your directory of numbers when you swap phones. This is only one of the perks of the SIM card.

An extra benefit is being able to switch your phone by swapping SIM cards with a different phone that uses the identical provider. Swapping SIM cards is quick and easy.

After unlocking your cell phone, you can purchase prepaid SIM cards that you can use whenever you travel and always have a local number. It is possible for you to unlock your phone which can be done through wireless mode if you are aware of the correct codes and the network does not have so many locks on the phone. Numerous sites can provide the codes that you need in order to unlock a mobile phone. You simply need to locate the proper website providing the unlocking code for your phone model. Next you just have to enter the code per the instructions and you can have more calling freedom.

Question: Where can I get a good Unlocked Samsung alias Cell phone that’s a good price???
like i’ve wanted a samsung alias for a long time, as a replacement phone for my other old phone, I already have a SIM cad through SunCom with a contract and everything. so i need an unlocked Sumsung alias phone.

Answer: I am guessing SunCom runs on GSM, since there is a sim card in the phone. Even if you were to get the Alias unlocked, it would only work on CDMA network.

To get it unlocked, just do a google search to see what web sites offer to unlock a Verizon phone. Type:
Samsung Alias unlock phone
Samsung u740 unlock code
Alias unlock code
u740 unlock code

Question: How do I send files or get on the web w/an unlocked phone?
I have an unlocked Samsung phone. I am not able to send pictures or other files or emails, I guess, b/c it’s not recognized by my carrier, Cinguar. Is there a way to configure it to work?

Answer: You will have to manually update your phone to try to access media net. I do suggest going to the www.wireless.att.com/support website and look for the samsung phone closest to yours. Click on device tutorials and look for browser settings.
Or you can always call customer care and ask them to walk you thru it. We do it all the time, we just cant promise that it will work!

Question: Anyone know how I connect to the internet/configure the settings for a unlocked phone Samsung F700?
oh is the internet free? and i have t mobile

Answer: The internet is free, but your carrier is going to want you to pay a toll. Think of TMobile as a gate between your phone and the internet; and they want your money to let you pass thru the gate. They’re just selfish that way. There’s even talk about charging customers per packet of data, instead of a simple monthly fee.

You’ll need to get setup with TMobile to use data on your TMobile account. Your phone should work from there.

Question: I have an unlocked samsung t809 slider phone with an att simcard. Which company do i go to get help?
Do i go to Tmobile or att? The phone itself is messing up.

Answer: Go to Samsung.
They should be able to help, and if they can’t, and it ends up being something with the sim card, call AT&T.
T-mobile really shouldn’t have anything to do with it, unless they were the ones who sold you the phone, the plan isn’t up, and its physical/cosmetic damage done not by you, but by the company itself.
